WHAT KIND OF TRIBE MEMBERS ARE WE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR?

Moms with mad skills who want to work part-time and are interested in helping with some of the inside tasks of a farm, like returning emails and keeping things organized. We have a perfect position for you, and we will make sure it fits around your kid's schedule.

Peeps who love to work outside. We have flower fields calling your name, baby seedlings that need to meet you, and a cool little seasonal store that needs your help to run. We will teach you what to do. We just need to know that you love working with your hands, have demonstrated a history of faithfulness with your previous employers, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and are not too bothered by changes in the weather.

Why would you want to audition and apply to be part of the Hemingway farm tribe?

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To show an unprecedented level of unreasonable hospitality, both to those who work at the farm and to those who come visit, to provide beautiful things that are reasonably priced, and to educate this next generation on all aspects of farming.

  • We pay competitively
  • We let you have free flowers after shifts, a wreath at Christmas
  • Fresh gelato from our new Soloto machine when you help when we are open to the public
  • A beautiful place to work
  • Work directly at times with the founder
